With Austin’s weather this time of year, all I want to do is sit on patios, drink cocktails, and eat delicious food. One look at these photos and it’s easy to see why I am crushing on brunch at Juniper Austin! Chef Nicholas Yanes has crafted and perfected a menu with items ranging from the classic cinnamon roll to a creative oxtail lasagna (that currently haunts my dreams). Nic is a culinary veteran who spent time in Northern Italy in preparation for his current role as Executive Chef/Partner.

Juniper recently gained Justin Elliott in his first role as a General Manager. Justin has run beverage programs in Austin favorites like Qui and The Townsend. I am already a fan of their cocktails and look forward to seeing what Justin’s expertise brings to the operation.

Juniper is located in East Austin at 2400 East Cesar Chavez, #304. Brunch is served on Sundays from 10:30am  to 2:30 pm; see the full brunch menu here.
